At La Maison de Kait, everything is handmade with love and care. We endeavour to
give you the best possible quality, and every item undergoes quality assurance before it
goes out to you. However, with the human element, mistakes may creep in from time to
time despite our best efforts… in which case please do get in touch with us. Our
desserts are made to spread happiness, and not disappointment :)


What do I do if my product is defective/damaged? 

In case you are unhappy with your item, please contact our customer service at with a description of the issue and we will get back to you
within 24 to 48 hours. It would help us if you can add a picture of the product and also
the production/expiry date.

Any refunds issued will be done only through original mode of payment within 45 days.


What do I do if I received the wrong item? 

If you receive the wrong item, we will happily exchange the item free of charge, or your money back.

Cancellation policy

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
